Friends Of The Museum
The Friends of NMAP are a group of likeminded enthusiasts with a love of Australian Pottery who attend quarterly get-togethers held at the Museum 76 Albury Street, Holbrook, on the first Saturday of May and August starting at 1.00pm, November and February starting at 2.00pm.
The format of the get-togethers are informal and friendly where we have identification of mystery pieces, best from your collection, show and tell, and afternoon tea. Many of us stay on for dinner at the Museum.
The show and tell segment is a different theme at each meeting where you can show up to 5 pieces from your collection. The mystery piece segment gives you the chance to have a piece identified (hopefully). In the best from your collection segment, you can show one nice piece from your collection. The best piece on the day which is voted on by all will go on display on our web page with its information until the next meeting, if the owner is agreeable.
No one will be permitted to handle any of your pottery pieces at the meetings without your consent.
Geoff and Kerrie look forward to meeting you and welcoming you as a member of the NMAP Friends.
